Light Steel Roofs
In 2020 we designed a light steel roof as a replacement for our aluminium orbit. These roofs have a higher load capacity than the aluminium version and are integrated into our layher decking system. They are built with minimal plant, requiring a large telehandler and cherry picker.
Steel Orbits
We also provide a steel design which is far superior to the old aluminium orbits. We can supply steel orbit roofs in a 16m width and depth increments of 4m. The weight capacity is 3000kg per arch which is adequate for the sizes of production that generally use this size of roof.
